Refund policy

In accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in perfect condition, without use, damage, or alterations, with its original packaging, labels, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, including its correct presentation, folding, and original arrangement.

The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from improper handling, and the return may be rejected if these conditions are not met.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of manufacturing defects or errors, it must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt, providing evidence, for proper handling.
